Recruitment Partner Early Careers Program
PURPOSE
As Recruitment Partner Early Careers Program, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the next generation of talent into adidas. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with schools and effectively representing the adidas brand on campus.
- You will have a deep understanding of adidas’ culture, values, and strategic objectives and utilize this knowledge to attract the brightest talent from our target schools.
- In collaboration with the Early Careers Talent Acquisition (ECTA) Team, HR, and ECTA Steerco, you will design and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy for your assigned business area, including attending campus career fairs and organizing information sessions, workshops, and other recruitment events.
- You will collaborate with academic departments and student organizations to ensure maximum exposure and engagement with potential candidates. During peak recruitment seasons, you will travel often, balancing the delivery of on-campus events with ongoing recruitment processes. Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will lead an industrialized hiring process, incorporating technology throughout.
- Throughout this recruitment process, you will provide a stellar candidate experience by offering guidance, timely feedback, and transparency. You will be passionate about the early careers space and stay up to date on industry trends, academic programs, and emerging technologies to identify the most relevant talent for the organization.
This role plays a key part in identifying the brand’s next generation of leaders, and impeccable communication, relationship-building, and networking skills are a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• In partnership with the broader ECTA Team, HR, and the ECTA Steerco, design and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned to the relevant business area's future talent needs.
• Identify key target schools, plan/attend career fairs, information sessions, utilize online platforms, and networking events to engage with potential candidates and promote the adidas early career roles.
• Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, career services offices, faculty members, and student organizations, maintaining regular communication to enhance the organization's brand and visibility on campus.
• Lead an industrialized recruitment process, including video interviews, talent/role pooling, and (virtual) assessment centers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, guidance, and support, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial contact to final decision.
• Effectively bring the adidas EVP to life on campus, promoting the adidas brand, values, and culture to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as candidate conversion rates, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness, regularly reporting insights and strategies for optimizing campus recruitment efforts.
• Lead the entire recruitment process, including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy, and offer process, continuously working with hiring teams to improve the process.
• Provide guidance to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process and frequently update them on the status.
• Own responsibility for candidate and hiring manager experience results and drive standards to ensure quality performance against all standards.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the adidas brand and Group offerings to market adidas as an Employer of Choice.
• Lead additional recruitment initiatives as needed.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings with functional/market leadership to understand current and upcoming requirements for effective recruitment activities.
• Conduct ‘season’ review meetings with business leaders to provide an overview of recruiting achievements and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize recruitment systems effectively, documenting key actions, recommending improvements, and ensuring data accuracy for reporting purposes.
• Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) within your designated function or market.

Managers in adidas play a critical role in executing the priorities and core services of the HR function. They support a single-business unit or region, demonstrating subject matter expertise and taking strong ownership over delivering great results. They blend functional expertise with a comprehensive view of the bigger picture, prioritizing without losing sight of overarching goals. Our Managers capture data from various sources, analyze and interpret findings, and present them to business and HR leaders. They influence based on expertise and provide insights for business strategy discussions, supporting leadership in setting expectations and standards while coaching others through change.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Early Careers Recruiting
• Industry experience and deep knowledge of the footwear, apparel, and/or retail industry, with experience in large, international/global matrix companies.
• Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end recruitment mandates and global recruiting initiatives to achieve hiring goals.
• Experience in offer negotiation and awareness of local legislation and employment market trends.
• International experience, having worked on projects in multiple geographies.
• Knowledgeable about managing diversity & inclusion from a talent acquisition perspective.
• Minimum BA degree in HR, Business, or related studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
