Job Title: Head of DACH (Team Leader/Junior Team Leader)

Role Summary
The Head of DACH is a pivotal, 360 recruitment role within Panda International, primarily responsible for building and expanding the DACH market. This position is a blend of hands-on recruitment and business development with a leadership trajectory. The successful candidate will initially focus on establishing the DACH market presence, and upon achieving key milestones, will transition into building, leading, and shaping their own team.
Key Responsibilities
- 360 recruitment and market building
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to client engagement, specifically within the DACH region.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the Life Sciences sector, developing a robust client portfolio to establish Panda International's reputation in the DACH market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging knowledge of the DACH market to open new client accounts and develop existing ones.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert market insights, advice on talent trends, and proactive recruitment solutions.
- Drive business growth by delivering exceptional service, maintaining long-term client relationships, and continuously expanding Panda’s DACH network.
- Upon meeting initial growth targets, transition to recruiting, onboarding, and leading a high-performing DACH recruitment team.
- Set and achieve revenue and growth objectives for the DACH region.
- Develop and shape a team culture aligned with Panda International’s values, focused on hard work, resilience, and a strong commitment to client success.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment that encourages growth, accountability, and high performance.
